Reversion from Quick settings to Play

I did have my GivEnergy settings to allow my Battery to charge up from 0030-0430 using the lower rates.

Last week, whilst I was away from home in Turkey, after the GivBack Earnings event on 15/3/2024, my settings were changed (by whom??) so that my battery no longer charges during the 0030=0430 window.
I now get a message "You are currently on a quick setting mode, Please revert the quick settings to 'play' if you would like to enable manual settings on the app"

I cannot find any page or button which allows me to do this

Please advise how I can return to my normal settings

Robertsherwinsmith The settings would have been changed by Axle, since that's how GivBack works - you give them control over your system. But they do seem to have left several people's systems in a bad state.
The 'quick settings' is a button available on the app - a big play button at the bottom, if you enable it. (I don't bother with it.) If you don't have it, choose 'settings' from the menu, then 'preferences'. (Well, that's where it is in Android - not sure about iOS.)

Where do you get this message? Is it on the app, or the portal?

If all else fails, using restore-defaults may get you back to a working system, though you will then have to put back in your overnight charging timer, and any other settings you've tweaked.
