Hi all
I’m wondering if someone can help me on a bit of an anomaly, I think I asked the question before but now can’t find the thread, or or it lost when discussions went on a tangent
Whilst I appreciate I should only focus on the actual amount taken as a direct debit, and on this months statement is correct, and in line with my expectations as the bill was £89, additionally I expect this to drop with the installation of an iboost + in the last few days, however the figures on the EON app for cost and kWh usage are significantly higher than I’d anticipated, is this because
1) The kWh usage in the EON app takes into account the kWh exported to the grid?
2) The kWh usage on the GivEnergy portal is inaccurate?
3) Whist I appreciate the GivEnergy daily usage doesn’t account for the standing charge, how much as a percentage is the variation of kWh usage?
4) The app and display device in the house doesn’t account for dual tariffs?
5) How accurate is the kWh usage within the GivEnergy reporting?
6) How accurate is the power and energy graphs in thr GivEnergy app?
Sorry for all the questions, but answers to each would be greatly appreciated.
I’m thinking of just removing the in-house display device, as it’s wildly inaccurate.
