Custom tariff

Trying to input details for custom tariff on the app but not letting me submit after I have put in the rates and times. Any help would be great

Niall you have some time slots missing, you have 05:00 to 07:30, but nothing 07:30 to 08:00. Same for 16:30 to 17:00, 22:30 to 23:00, 01:30 to 02:00. The end times need to match a start time otherwise it doesn't have time for those 30 minute slots.

Out of interest what tariff is this and with which supplier? Do they not allow you to connect in the portal?

I'm a customer in Ireland so no option to sync the tariff. When I try to have times going from 0800 to 1700 for day rate then 1700to 1900 for peak rate it says that I can't overlap the times

Niall very strange, I'm not sure in that case, I would have thought each slot needs to match an end time with another start time but I can't see what else would be stopping you unless it's too much for it to handle?
