I have solar panels and 9.5k battery.
Now I have Tesla car with 3 pin charger.
Also I switch to octopus Intelligently go tariff.
Now my question is do I able to charge my car on solar power and battery powered or it’s only depending on octopus plans.
Also how to reset my device charging times (EV). To only reduce rates.
Please help me.

3 pin granny charger should just be seen as a house load so if you are in surplus should use the surplus solar. Also night time cheap rate same situation

Jayesh if you have an export arrangement, there's no point charging from solar: you can sell power for 15p/unit, whereas charging from grid is only 7.5p/unit.
If you are on deemed export, or don't yet have an export mpan, then yes it makes sense to charge from solar.
You could possibly just ask for a boost charge through the octopus app? That ought to take the power from your solar.
DD absolutely right, with endless EV import at 7,5p and solar worth 15p exported why on earth put solar into EV. That’s the beauty of intelligent octopus go.
Jase1703 It's not always about money. Some people will want to use excess solar to put it into an EV because it will be a green source of energy. It is not the most economic way of doing things but it's not always about that. Exporting energy does help make the grid greener but using your own solar to charge your own car can be a source of satisfaction.
killythebid true. I did try charging from solar using 3-pin charger, but it's very annoying when there are clouds around. I gave up in the end. (That was on Go, so overnight was slightly more expensive than export.)
DD I have and do use a 3-pin charger for our car when visiting our in-laws for example but at home, I use a Zappi charger. Its ability to divert excess solar is useful and adjust with any fluctuation of generation makes things easy, during the winter I charge in our 7-hour night-time tariff window.
