On changing the clocks on the system does this mean it dumps all the battery charge. From an almost full battery last night, it is now down to 7%. It has even ignored the reserve setting on the battery.

No such issues for me. Overnight the clcok synced and the charge level this morning is as configured.

No problem here. Message saying inverter time sync completed. Battery unaffected ( I had no Agile charge slots scheduled overnight )

joj where did the energy go? To the grid, or to consumption in devices that were supposed to be powered from the grid overnight?
On ignoring the reserve: if you don't regularly fully cycle the battery, the BMS can lose track of SoC. It can go below reserve if there was less charge than it thought it had.

Only issue for me is the App is missing some data, not sure why it lost track of the data? The battery is charged as normal on the Octopus Go slots...
