Hi there, I am not able to connect my WiFi to my newly installed Mesh network. When selecting WiFi dongle set up in the app and after providing my local network password the app connects but then fails do complete ‘Configuring Dungle’ step. I get ‘unable to connect to (my inverter)’ message. My inverter has been offline for few days now. Any advice on how to solve or help would be appreciated.

If you're installers never told you, either ask them or reset the dongle using the info in that pdf.
I tried the invertor serial number but am still getting unable to connect to WH... (this is not a password error is it?), shall i try resetting the dongle? I see no visible dongle on the outside. Is it under the invertor cover?
