I've copied in the API key and the Resource ID but am just getting "There was an error validating these credentials. Please try again". Does anyone have any suggestions?

No it's never worked.

Niceguy Which API key did you copy, was it the key alongside your rooftop site details or was it your account key - it needs to be the latter.

Thanks Geoffrey. I discovered yesterday that there were multiple API's on the page, and now have the right one.
