New 3-phase inverters lacking historical data

Hi, we have recently had a new 3-phase inverter (model no. GIV-3HY-11) installed, however we do not get any historical data e.g. if you click on the dashboard, the power graph is pulling through data but the energy graph tab shows NO DATA. So all I can get is the live minute-by-minute data but can not go back historically and look at daily/weekly performance etc. Does anyone have a new 3-phase inverter and experiencing same issues? Our installer says it will be a software compatibility issue with the new inverter. Would be interested if anyone else has experienced the same and any advice?

Oh dear,
We've just had the same inverter installed with new very smart looking 20kwh battery - all sounded good on paper (we "had" to upgrade to 3 phase to spread 8kw of panels according to the DNO as we are out in the sticks.)
Currently supplier saying they can't commission it because they havn't been trained & GivEnergy don't have a training course & are playing hard to get.

Sigh.

Id ignore the portal info anyway, my consumption numbers keep going backwards several times a day

Hi we have just had a new 3 phase inverter installed along with 13.6kwh battery and the energy graph doesn’t work, just shows no data. Also our inverter is 11kw but on the inverter info card it is showing a model of GIV 3HY 6? Does yours show GIV 3HY 11 on the inverter info on the portal? Ours is definitely an 11KW inverter as we were exporting at 10.2kw yesterday.
