My tariff data is missing. I’m not sure if I accidentally deleted it but there is no data for the last 7 days even though there is data for yesterday. Any ideas?

Elaine it's a new month so the data collection starts afresh
Midlands_Solar it's a new month so the data collection starts afresh
No it doesn't.
Elaine Tariff change? As in pricing...
Vestas Nope, no change to tariff as it’s displaying data for yesterday. It’s not accruing anything for the previous 7 or 31 days. It’s been like this for a few days now.
Elaine Since the summer-time clock change last weekend by any chance?

Vestas interesting, as did for me last month as well!
Mine did this too and I assume it was due to either the clocks changing or my tariff rates changing, which happened a day later. Actually, thinking about it, I previously entered my tariff manually so the app wouldn't know it had changed, so must be related to the clocks changing.
Vestas I’m not 100% sure but it could have been.
My App has done this also. I am currently exporting 1Kwh to the grid and my Income Now is showing 0.00 and my Estimated Income For Today also 0.00. I am not sure if this is due to the clocks changing or me changing the tariff manually. This was necessary as my tariff rate changed on the 1st April. I live on the Isle of Man and we have our own Energy provider not recognised by the GivEnergy App. My App is installed on an iPhone 15 Plus.
Alistairws I'm using an iPhone 15 too but the same is happening with my husbands app which is an iPhone 14. The tariffs are there however, when I view my data on the Givenergy portal on my laptop.
Same here.
Tariff data from Octopus for my Flux is weirdly half there but also not.
RichardNewbold That's because Octopus appear to be having issues with how they're pulling/processing import data after the BST change. I've got one day on Octopus (Tuesday) where they only have data to 0100 but I know the data was pulled fine by DCC because n3rgy have it. Octopus also have all the export/gas data for that day so the Kraken is broken....
Elaine Not that it helps you but I have been seeing the same issue so I do not think it is your fault.
Thanks killythebid ,
According to the App Store the app was updated 7 days ago which is in line with when I first noticed it. No info on what was contained in the update.
Elaine I use android and according to the version number in the app it has not changed/been updated recently. I did purge cache and storage to see if it helped cure the issue which has helped with other issues in the past but to no effect.
Elaine Mine is exactly this also.
Same problem here. Any sign of a fix yet?
I have this problem, but also a weird one where the units are kind of mixed up and the times for the different rates are out by an hour in some cases and not in others...
For example, the 'half-hourly' page shows the correct prices for the different rates, but they are all shifted by 1 hour compared to what I input using the manual tariff input method), but on the same page, the calculated cost for the day is less than 1 penny.
Conversely, on the 'today's information' page, the plot shows the correct rates at the correct times, while the text above the plot shows the rates as 0.00
Also weirdly, on the 'tariff information' page, yesterday's total looks like a believable value - 60p for 4 kWh imported, but today's is an unbelievable 1p for 5kWh...
Something strange has happened to how the numbers that I've input are being used in the background to calculate costs.

I have just checked again and the import figures for today are there. The kwh always was, it was the spend that was missing but it is back.
Elaine Tariffs now back and have been working correctly for a couple of days now.
Odd. My estimated spend is back but my estimated income isn't.
I'm on Flux for both import and export and if I go into the tariff data, it looks accurate, but the immediate/dashboard overview is incomplete. Has been for weeks now.
