Good evening
for the last 3 days my grid import and export in the give energy dashboard are showing as 0 and my home usage is showing 22w constant regaurdless of actual usage. As a result my battery is not supplying power (100% charged), i am instead drawing from the grid at all times but the software/inverter? does not seem to realize this.
Has anyone encountered this and resolved it?

stickandbucket First guess would be that it's a problem with the CT clamp around the meter tails, or the connection from the EM115 meter to the inverter.
In the consumer unit, the EM115 is a small unit with a green display that cycles through various readings. One of those may be import power. If that doesn't show, then it would be the clamp itself, otherwise I'd guess the connection to the inverter ?

Thank you for the reply
Looking in my consumer unit there is a small horizontal display maybe 1.5 inches long, i am guessing this is the EM115? having cycled through all the verious readings they all seem to be present but i have no idea if any look unusual. if this has somehow lost connection to the inverter is this something i can remedy myself?

If there is a cable issue, there will be a message in the portal under inverter/notifications saying "meter com fail"
Was a command sent to the inverter (any command e.g turn eco on/off) at the time it stopped working? You can see a history of commands on the portal under Inverter/remote control cog/jump to logs.
Otherwise, at the top of the Inverter/remote control cog page try restarting the inverter.
