Discharge

Hi,
I’m not sure but my batteries is suddenly discharged as in morning it’s was fully charged and no major usage and suddenly it discharges.
Any suggestions please

Jayesh Can you share an image of your battery graph from the app/portal showing percentage and battery power.

Jayesh If you click on the battery icon at the bottom of the page (the one showing 17%), that will take you to a different page. (I think you clicked on the battery icon linked to the house, showing 571W.)

Most of that discharge went to the home according to the inverter so it thinks that something high load was turned on and the battery supplied it by discharging

If you click the 3rd icon along the bottom (the bar graph) you should be able to see the energy activity for today. The battery with a minus symbol and you can then see battery discharge, where it went to, and when it discharged

Okay I got 9.5k and it’s gone to home only 2. K something.
So don’t know what is going on.

Jayesh hmm... That doesn't look good. Might be worth giving support a call, and they can look at the data.

People often talk about sudden SoC changes, but this seems like quite an extreme case. For how long had it been charging before it got to 100% ?

Yes, I have reported to my service provider and GivEnergy also with all information.
I normally charge in night and in day with solar.

Jayesh SoC is "state of charge" - just the battery percentage.
