inverter blinking red and green

i reached home and found that inverter is offline and its blinking green and red , i have attached the video.

not sure what to do next

i can see that the inverter is connected, its just not responding !

just an update, i moved the switches to USB mode, and the inverter works fine (no connectivity) . The moment i set this to Ethernet or wifi it stops working. So for now i have left the switches in USB position.

If you want to change to Ethernet, best to switch off the inverter, change the dip switches, then turn it back on - as the dip switches are read on boot.

TX200 the moment i change the switches, it starts blinking red/green and goes offline

just as an update, GE confirmed that this was due to the upgrade stuck locally on the inverter and the moment it tries to connect to the servre, it fails. the only way to fix this is to remove the local install files from the inverter but they havent yet told me how.

In the meantime, to let the inverter function as normal, i put the switches in USB mode and that worked normally. (inverter was still offline but the batter and charging was working)

deepanshus with the last firmware inverter update I did this happened with mine. I had to get the updated files from Givenergy via email put them on a USB stick and reboot the inverter from there. It was all OK in the end but it took a lot of mucking about and phone calls to do it.

This is why having several firmware updates fail on me I just ignore them now and will only update if there is an issue and Givenergy do it/ask for it.

killythebid i have been waiting since Friday for them to give me the upgrade files so that i can try it myself but i have not had much help from the support. i keep replying to get an update, but hardly any resolution.

i am trying to give them a call again to see if someone can help me.

is there anyone in this forum that can help?
