Problem with costs in reports

I am not sure if my issue is user error or a problem with the reports in web portal.

I have entered my smart tarrifs manually in the portal as follows:
08:00 - 23:00....27.76c per kWh
23:00 - 08:00....20.93c per kWh
02:00 - 05:00......7.07c per kWh
17:00 - 19:00....38.71c per kWh
Return to grid:..18.50c per kWh

This appears fine in the Smart Tarrif section of the portal but when I create a report it shows average cost 17.93 €/kWh instead of 0.17 €/kWh. This also throws off the calculation per day i.e. import €195.08.

Having the same problem- it seems it is an issue with the decimal point when the reports are generated! I thought perhaps I had entered an incorrect tariff, and I rechecked but the cost entered is correct.

I suppose we just need to wait for a fix or work out the numbers by shifting the decimal point.

Yep it’s a confirmed bug, shift the decimal point two points to the left, and change the £ for a P
