Hi, I just moved from Intelligent Flux to Agile so I removed Octopus access but they keep getting access and show up on connected services list.
How do I remove their access so they stop messing with what I want to do.

Shaneus01 There's two possible ways I can think of - either they use an access key, or they use your usename / password. I have a vague feeling that when you register for IOF, you give them username/password ? But it's not impossible they use that to generate for themselves an api key ?

Anyway, so I'd be both looking for keys to revoke, and change password. If you've done both. Oh, and there's also 'delegate access' accounts, but IIRC Octopus don't use those ?

I think the only proper way is ask the GivEnergy support desk to revoke the IOF token.

Octopus (same as Alexa & Axle) use some undocumented OAUTH control method using your original Login Details.
To fully lock them out:
Portal > Account Settings > Manage Account Security (top right) > Connected Services (Scroll Down) > Delete the "Octopus" Permission one (red bin)
