Solar panels not producing usual amount

I have a big golden orb in the sky but the solar panels are producing a fraction of what they would normally. Were working okay yesterday. Is there anything I can check?

Also no data since 8am.

Collie_dogs I think it may be a known problem that the app gets a bit behind in that energy graph. Certainly I see that behaviour. Generally catches up eventually.

I find the web portal is a bit more trustworthy. The other thing to check is that the numbers are actually changing on the home screen, otherwise it might be missing data updates at the moment.

Thanks. Batty now full and charging as normal. Data now showing.

If you also have a Zappi or Eddi - the myenengi app is a good cross check of the GE app as it is using seperate CTs. It also seems to update more reliably.

The MyEnergi app's version of Grid in/out is also much more recent than GE's which is always at least 30 minutes behind.
