Connecting on line at Home

My app will not connect to the Home online. It will only connect to the Away data.

Am I doing something wrong?

It only works reliably if you put your inverter's IP address in the app settings.

nophead I didn't know about this, thank you for the heads up. I think I have set this up correctly, In the app I have gone to Settings, Local Monitoring, pressed on 'Scan for your inverter', clicked the + next to IP Address and entered the given IP from the scan, and then switched on 'Search for inverters manually'.
I then made a DHCP reservation in my router settings to fix the IP to the inverter, is this all correct?

Yes that is works for me. It also works when I am away from home using a VPN but I have to be connected to Wifi. I.e. the app seems to check that you are connected to Wifi before checking if it can find the inverter from its local IP address. So if I am connected to any random Wifi it will work in local mode but not when using just mobile data.
