API Key & Serial Number

Hi,

I’m trying to set up the “smart tariff” in the app and it’s asking me for the API Key & serial number. I’ve asked Octopus for this but they seem as bewildered as me.

Any ideas where I’ll get these?

If you log into your Octopus account via the web (not the app), and go to "My account", at the top you can see "Personal details", click on that and scroll to "API access" under "Developer settings" - click on that and the info's in there.

Pakey07 plus serial number is your meter serial number - also shown in your account
