Battery didn't charge overnight

Due to recent sunshine, I've been running the battery on solar only charge and have not set a timed charge for around a week.
But after a poor sun day yesterday, I headed into the evening at only 35% full, so looked at octopus agile rates and saw that 3:30 till 7:30 looked like a good (ish) rate and changed the battery charge settings from "solar" to "solar & grid" setting a charge time of 3.30 to 7:30 (to 100%).
I have a 9.5kwh battery, with a 3.6kwh gen1 inverter and am on Agile Octopus tariff.
Woke up this morning and checked system to see nothing had charged and that battery had reduced to 4% overnight, completely missing the charge times. This has never happened before!
I'm on latest FW version

Any thoughts?

Thanks

Phone out of charge? Phone set on flight mode? Didn't click the save button after you changed settings? Wifi lost connection at 3.30am?. Dongle lost connection at that time?
Check on the portal to see if the change took place.

No phone fully charged and everything was saved, strange thing is I set up a test charge for 13.30 this afternoon and worked perfectly???

I'll keep an eye on things, but may have been a weird one off thing

We have had the same issue for the past 2 nights - done a recalibration and checked all the settings.
Am at a loss what to do to 👎️

What are you using to control your battery charging on Octopus Agile?

over the weekend the Agile rates were not great, Saturday especially, it wasn’t cost effective to charge overnight so on Predbat (that I use) it didn’t charge at all. Its more back to normal now

I have the same problem of not charging and the inverter says the battery is 0.51kwh capacity, not the 9.5 kwh it is supposed to be. The inverter is an ac3 3kw and I have had no issues previously. I am on agile so use octopus r&d to set charge times and on the eps socket I have an octopus home mini as the socket was more conveniently located than my other mains sockets. I figured the power draw would be negligible
Home mini has been plugged in for about 3 weeks and it is only last couple of days that the battery has not charged...it won't charge from solar either

Any ideas peeps?

Sootlyn If the battery is not charging, and not full, when solar is more than covering the house load and exporting, it usually means that Eco or Dynamic has been switched off.

I had no choice but to charge as had a really low battery, picked the cheapest rate which I believe was an average of 12p over 4hrs. In the end it never charged and woke up with only 4%.
Next day was sunnier so got it back fully charged with the sun.
I've now ran a couple of tests and it's worked perfectly on both times.
We're in Somerset and last week was very cloudy and dull, so may have to schedule a charge again at dinner point.
