1) After some updates to reporting, GE appear to have introduced a bug a few weeks ago. All the main data which appear on the energy graph show ridiculously large numbers for the day on which my battery was commissioned. I reported this bug tomGE on 12th April and updated with further information on 20th April. There has been no comment or response to my bug report.

2) Looking at the app this afternoon, it shows today’s import as zero, and I know that’s not right. The banner on the top of the portal shows import today as 1.2kWh. I had a look at the meter data, and there is a single line from this afternoon when both import today and import total were zero. The following line had the import total back to what it had been before, but the import today has remained at zero.

So whatever the cause of the blip, the app and the portal area reading import today from different sources.

Has anyone noticed similar. What would you do about the bug report to which GE have not responded? It’s highly annoying - and I do think they have introduced a problem, because previously that day showed realistic figures. It means I can’t rely on the January report to tell me anything useful.

My lifetime solar generation is still being over reported by around 50%. I can't use the reports in any meaningful way.

browellm I don't use the reports as the values shown in them are calculated by summing the totals for each reported interval, meaning that if the inverter is offline for a decent duration you start seeing discrepancies. What's really annoying is that the totals are already in the Inverter data, so there's already a more reliable figure available.
Personally I take the numbers from the inverter's meter data each day and stuff them into a spreadsheet in which I can run my own analysis.
