newly commissioned AIO (calibrated) discharging 20¬50w to grid

Hello all , newly commissioned AIO (calibrated) is constantly discharging 20 to 50W off to grid? - is this normal?

Yes, completely normal.

Switches and components in the battery system don’t react instantly to small changes in load (demand for electricity from the house) and so small amounts of power are transferred to/from the grid to keep everything running smoothly.

Here's my grid flows since early this morning -

As pian said its perfectly normal and it really doesn't add up to much, this is my system with 1 minute portal updates including base load.

Don't forget that what you see is just snapshots not constant.

Also, I beleive that the system occasionally will import from the grid to ensure frequencies are kept in line. And comments as above. Here is my import/export for today
