Do GE respond to feedback left via the portal (not this forum)? I have left a few via this mechanism, but it never seems to be views/actioned etc?
If this isn't the best route to leave feedback (such as bugs) what is the preferred mechanism to do this?
CW In my experience, the feedback via the portal and the app is a write-only mechanism.
You write something in it and no-one ever reads it.
I've logged about 10 things, some up to 14 months ago now and no responses to any of them.
And I don't think its just me they are not replying to
