Is anyone else experiencing this. All the end cards seem to be showing data correctly but nothing at all in the Energy Graph card. This seems to be the only place you can download daily data so the concern is that it may mean there is no data that can be downloaded to allow system monitoring. Or does anyone know better?
JonC hi, we have just had a system installed and my dashboard is the same…all the cards look ok except the Energy graph is blank. It says this data comes from the GivEnergy meter. Interestingly if I go into the inverter information page and scroll across I can see the meter numbers ok.
My energy graph is showing data but it is always several hours behind the register data which I can see via other software.
