Battery showing 0%

I have a 9.5kw battery setup, and everything has been working fine since installation last year.
When I opened the app this afternoon to check the battery before the Octopus Flux peak rate, it shows the battery as 0.0% but is still showing as discharging to the grid. I looked on the cloud and that shows exactly the same for the battery.

Looking through the inverter event logs at 13.22 the inverter shows the battery as 100% with the next event as 0%

If I try to charge nothing happens as I suspect it really is at 100%

If I try to discharge nothing happens as the inverter has a minimum setting for the battery as 15% and it already thinks it's at 0%

Where do I go from here ?

Alanb40 I think the battery has 4 green led's on the front, showing charge level. Does that show 100% or 0% ?

Battery percentage has suddenly leapt to 98% so tried to discharge to the grid. No change on what was being discharged to the grid and the battery % drops in chunks. If I put back to normal status the battery reverts to 98% again straight away.

DD I don't have access to the battery unfortunately. It's fitted in my loft and I'm in a wheelchair so can't get up there to it.

Alanb40 have you got a gen 1 inverter? The battery management cable on those doesn't have a retaining clip and with the hot weather especially if your inverter is in the loft it could be poorly connected and that's what is causing the random changes.
You'd need to get your installer to look at it

geoffreycoan I've checked through the email exchanges with the installer and it was confirmed by Giv Energy on installer as a gen2 inverter.
I have messaged the installer as well but thought would ask here too
