Inverter has discharged batteries, is listing them as:
Battery Capacity
100 Ah | 5.12 kWh | (2 Packs)
When they're 2 x 9.5kwh
Also limiting to 2560w charge/discharge, when it was 3600w before and sitting with zero charge on the sunniest day of the year.
Can anyone help with this buggy software???
Rebooted batteries and they've jumped from 0% to 100% instantly... And it's not charging up like it should from 23:30-5:30 even though the schedule is there.
Honestly, could givenergy just give their customers more access to their devices as we can probably do a better job - eg reset what battery we've got.....this is wasting money.
My Gen2 had stopped correctly following the charge up/down to percentage during the cheap rate period, despite inching the value up and don a few percent to ensure the cloud and inverter were in sync.
I have done a reset to defaults through the web portal this morning, and re-applied my required cheap rate start and finish times and percentage.
Will have to see tomorrow if it is fixed.
I vaguely remember seeing a wrong battery type reported, but that was a 1 off over 1 year ago.
