I've been reading in "security issue" thread about how you can access internet through inverter's access point. Is this reliable? I'm currently typing this from smartphone connected to the AP.
For the last few nights I've been getting Comms errors on my zappi (EV chargepoint). Zappi is fitted to outside of garage, and (gen 3 hybrid) inverter is in the garage. So zappi sees a stronger signal from inverter's AP than from my router indoors.
How stupid would it be to configure zappi to use the inverter's AP? Does it basically just act as a router through to the home broadband and then to the internet?
