My Gen2 Hi5 is currently running the 913 firmware and there is no option to upgrade to 914 in the portal. Am I the only one or has the firmware not been pushed out for general release?. I can see from the 914 release notes that some of the changes made could benefit my setup so if anyone from GE could remotely upgrade it would be appreciated. My S/N is ED2248G069.
My Gen2 Hy5 is running Inverter D0.913-A0.913 and I also do not have any options to update the firmware.
I'm happy to stick with my current set up at the moment as I had a few issues earlier in the year following a firmware update to my system which GE were able to resolve remotely.
Same here. Currently on D0.913-A0.913 with no option to update to 914 in the portal.
You'd all be better off contacting support directly with these queries.
Its extremely unlikely anyone from support is reading your posts and its even more unlikely that they will respond to your posts - especially regarding firmware updates.
