Settng up a change to import Tariff

Hi, Can someone remind me how to set the import tariff (not smart) as my rate has changed and I don't seem to be able to change it. The links that are in the documentation don't lead me to the settings.

Please use the card feature to remove the tariff and re-add the tariff again. You can tap or hover over the card to get this button
