I am trying to sign up to IOF on my Octopus App.
I sign in to my GivEnergy acct and verify but on the Authorise/ Cancel page , the Authorise button does nothing.
I need help as Octopus and GivEnergy don’t seem to know how to fix it!!
Please help someone.
Have you got 2FA/MFA setup on your GivEnergy admin portal account?
It so, try removing that temporarily.
Appreciate bit more explanation on this, please.
Amazing I disabled my 2FA in my Account and lo and behold , I have got past the Authorise stage!!
Pity Octopus and GivEnergy couldn't tell me this!!
