I have recently changed broadband supplier from Plusnet to Voneus, without realising that it would affect the Givenergy inverter!! I have viewed the YouTube video from your George but I am not computer savvy to understand all of the instructions! Can you please help me swop for one router to another!

In theory, all you should need to do is make sure that the new router has the same Wi-Fi name (SSID) and password as the old one and the inverter should connect.
danielnepomuceno that would be my advice too.
Ensure that you use a suitable password in the first place. For example, Vodafone recently rolled out a firmware update which requires "strong" WiFi passwords on its routers. A mix of 9 uppercase, lowercase, numeric and special characters was 3 characters too weak for their new rules.
stevelewis have you got a GivEnergy dongle to connect to a Vodafone hub WiFi? I'm struggling to do that, though it worked fine with my previous ISP hardware (a Sky hub)
