Need access to SoC for individual batteries.

Dual battery system: False readings - This data is available to support, but does anyone know if I can access the individuial batteries state of charge from the Cloud or App? I have a dual battery system and the batteries seem to be out of synch despite recalibrations. This is resulting in false readings of the overall state of charge. Being able to see the exact state of charge of each battery (not just the LED display on the cabinets) would help me to monitor and report on this issue.

robbo6600 on the standard android app, from the battery view, "more information" should give you access to the batteries individually.

How do you know the batteries are out of sync if you can't see the individual SOC values?

As DD said, the normal GivEnergy app will let you view the batteries separately via "more info" on the battery page. If you use Home Assistant you can also use this to monitor the system using GivTCP (which is what I do).

I believe that a slight difference is not unusual - particularly since the SOC values are calculated by the system and can be adjusted as the batteries charge and discharge.

Having said that, it is possible that a large difference may indicate a problem. I have an unusual situation where the SOC values drift apart quite dramatically while the system is "fully charged" and not under load (see graph). It is up to 30% difference now after 10 days, and it is increasing. However, I believe this is an exceptional circumstance (one battery has a faulty cell that charges to a higher voltage than the others), and GivEnergy have already arranged a site visit to sort it.

if you use the monitor inverter app on android, you can see all the batteries separately at cell level, including stored Ah in each, voltages etc
