Wifi Dongle reconnect

Hi, does anyone has any tips for setting the wifi dongle up to my new internet provider?

Since I changed over it’s just flashing blue but I’m not able to reconnect it to the app.

Login into your new router settings and change the SSID and password to what you old one was.
That will allow all your other wifi devices to connect without having to mess with them

You may need to turn off 5GHz wifi until the dongle connects and then turn 5Ghz back in (Dont know if you have any devices that use/need 5GHz)

Hi Steve, I have actually tried that as well. I even tried resetting it by pressing the button for 15-30 seconds, but it is just consistently slow flashing blue. Thanks though

Mccann649 if you've reset the dongle it won't reconnect even if the SSID and password are the same.
