Hi all
I've had a 2021 Gen1 chugging away merrily for over three years now. I rarely if ever have any issues with it so I don't tend to swing by here very often, although I have one observation I'm curious about.
When the system is set to full export mode, I always see a whopping 300W-ish overheard on the power delivery to the house, before the rest is netted off for export.
For example, if the house load is 600W, the inverter will be supplying 900-950W to the house and around 1500W will be exported. This seems way over what you'd expect for regular conversion losses and I wondered what causes this. It doesn't seem to scale very much with house load either, so if the load is closer to 1kW, then then GivTCP will say 1.3kW is being supplied to the house and the remaining 1.1kW exported.
Just curious if this behaviour has been observed with inverters of a similar vintage to mine.
