i am with Octopus Flux, and acording to Giv-Energy Cloud i have at least 2 weeks credit built up, how do
i recieve my credit for this.

Maz I think the payments for solar just get credited to your energy account. If your overall credit has built up, you can make a claim for it, but (assuming you're on a monthly direct debit) Octopus expect to building credit over the summer to cover winter bills.
Simplest is probably just to reduce your monthly direct debit payment.
Maz Octopus should bill you monthly for import and export, as long as you have applied for an export tariff with them. As you're on Flux this is both import and export, so when you receive your next bill there should be a section for your import and standing charges, and a separate section for your export. This credit will then reduce your overall bill, potentially leaving you in credit which you can build up for winter or request a refund
