Anyone have a URL to the AC Coupled Firmware?

My firmware update failed just now, now when i login to the cloud portal and select the software tab under the inverter menu its not displaying the retry update or the link to the manual firmware download. Can anyone point me in the right direction to the firmware downloads page please. Id like to get my system back up and running before it starts costing me money.

I just need the latest download URL for the GIV-AC3.0

I can't believe GivEnergy haven't provided a clear support tab / downloads on their main website.

UKEZ sorry not possible as they email the updates for you if it fails and you then have to load directly onto the usb inside the battery box.

I have the 3015 file but that failed to update my firmware so not sure if it was corrupted as they didn't send it inside a zip.

Alas Monday is when you will get support.

Too late for you but anyone else reading this never do an update on your system at the weekend. Try to do it in a weekday morning, just in case it fails...
