Hi, 2 days ago at exactly 6am my battery charge suddenly dropped from 88% to 18% for no apparent reason, no demand, no export. Ever since, the battery only seems to charge at 200ish W and the rest going to export. I’ve tried force discharging in attempt to recall the battery % but the app control won’t do anything…cheap rate charging not working, force charge and discharge not working. Firmware is 307 & 3015.

Do you have the latest app? GE haved changed how timed-discharge works, but if you don't have the latest version, it might not align. Have you tried using the portal?
Is the discharge rate also limited, or does that work at full power?

pse2024 A big drop in SoC sounds like the inverter loosing track of the battery situation which can happen if the battery is remaining full most of the time. Periodically fully discharging and charging the battery can help prevent this.
If the inverter isn’t controlling the battery it might be worth powering everything off and back on again, that might re-establish control
