I checked the app on the phone concerning the battery. To my shock, I saw one at 100% and two, a battery showing flat red, no volts. Checked again in around 30 mins and it was full. Is this a common thing, battery is 5 months old on the install date.
Can't go from empty to full in 30 minutes. Sometimes the app shows an empty battery but refreshing the page results on a correct display.
neil_hartup I have seen it happen to one of my two batteries. It has nothing to do with the actual SOC but a miss reporting issue for a short time. Nothing to worry about.
Sometimes the battery can go offline, for various reasons - comms issue, e.g. loose wire, over voltage (temporary disconnect) or for monitoring the battery charge level if it’s not doing anything aka SoC correction.
If you logon to the web portal, see if there’s any notifications showing.
