Additional DC Battery pack for AIO?

Are GE intending offering an additional/expansion battery pack option for the AIO? - rather than adding a complete unit in parallel which has the effect of altering the output to the grid, as the current 6kwh is fine for most of my requirements but the capacity would not be sufficient in an extended power cut.
Interesting that Tesla have just released info on their PW3 having a DC battery pack expansion option due for release, so hopefully GE are going to keep up with the game?, and perhaps also add a storm detect function as PW has?!

Ecosse doubt it, there's no DC connection point on an AIO to do so.
The only way to do so would be to come out with a new style of AIO battery modules with terminals on them which I'd be surprised to see.
