On the GivEnergy portal, the inverter data display there is a download button top right corner to download all the data in CSV format for that day.
There's no in built capability in the portal to download a range of days but there are some PC scripts on this forum you can search for that will download a whole set of dates for you.
For better trending and analysis you probably want to use something like Home Assistant which you can run on a PC or a Raspberry Pi, connect it to your inverter (via GivTCP) and collect and slice and dice any of the inverter data as you wish over any time period.
I have Home Assistant and do just that, but for easier 'glances' at trend etc I capture the monthly consumption, generation, import, export, etc in a spreadsheet. Monthly is good enough for me.
