Any suggestions as to loss of battery from following two photos please.
Battery charges overnight with cheap electric and two hours later is 10%. Drain is minimal. During the day it is fully charged from solar, and as solar diminishes battery supplies house demand. Two hours later and it’s down to empty again. My thoughts are either the battery is kaput and not holding its charge, or when it charges although it shows 100% it’s actually about 20%.

I am not sure I can get much from the images but can you say how big your battery is?
Also it would be useful to know the kit you have installed.
To eliminate one of the potential issues it would be worth asking GE to recalibrate the battery. I would phone rather than email and they can kick it off while you are on the phone.
Richy999 The second image shows your battery being at 100% at 5:28 and then draining down to 82% by 5:48. You can’t really judge what is happening with the 5 minute power snapshots that you get in the portal (and it depends on the battery size), but draining 20% in 20 minutes does suggest some quite heavy load on at quite an early time in the morning.
Did you have an electric shower on, charging an EV, hot tub on, immersion heater?
The first screen shot taken at 6:26 shows the battery down to 49%, solar generation starting and pretty much keeping pace with the 200W home demand.
It would be useful to see the power graphs on the portal showing the data over the day, the house load, solar generation and battery soc.
Also as per other response, to understand the battery size (I’m guessing from the serial number its an AIO), and the solar size.
What inverter and battery firmware versions are you on? Some AIO’s and BMS’s have had problems with loosing track of the SOC, but that’s seen as big drops in SOC value in a short period of time.
Battery is 9.52.
The two photos are just a snapshot between 05.28 and 06.26 but by 07.28 the battery level is down to 10% and on idle as that’s what is set at lowest limit, so it’s dropped 90% in approx two hours. It’s early in the morning so yes solar generation is just coming on line, but not quite enough yet to fully supply the house demand. The only drain at this time of day are a fridge and freezer and heated towel rail and small heated flooring in bathroom. That is reflected in the 200w power demand occasionally rising to 700/800 as the bathroom temp fluctuates from the thermostat. The system is set to force charge until 05.30 and at the point the battery kicks in to boost the solar until it can supply demand on its own. Then it just drains.
The system is three months old and all software updated. The battery was recalibrated two weeks ago and I’ve raised a ticket but they have taken ages . I am new to this solar and not impressed with their response. I am charging the battery twice a day from solar or grid and getting two hours supply twice a day early morning and late evening, when it is merely assisting the solar. Very frustrating.

Richy999 A 9.5 should be enough to last you through most of the day and night, so very frustrating
It would be helpful if you can pull off the graph showing house load for the same time period.
There’s a few potential options as to what could be happening:
Your inverter is loosing track of the state of charge - unlikely as you’ve had it recently recalibrated and the software is updated
Your house load really is much bigger than you think it is and this is draining the battery - you could do a test, not charging the battery one night and see what the load and import graphs looks like (or if you have a smart meter look at the import data from your energy provider or in home display as that is independent of the inverter)
Your battery or inverter is faulty
Your CT clamp has been installed facing the wrong way round so when your panels start generating power the inverter sees this export as import and starts discharging the battery to meet this phantom import, which of course it can never meet, so it drains down rapidly
I’ve had number 4 happen to me, Octopus energy replaced my smart meter but put the CT clamp on the wrong way round, despite taking photos of it beforehand. You might try reversing the CT clamp as a quick experiment, its totally safe to do so, there is a little clip on it, undo it and turn the clamp to orientate in the opposite direction. There is an arrow on the clamp which should point from the grid supply into the home.
The CT clamp if you don’t know what it is is a small white box clipped around the meter tail where it comes into your home. As I said its totally safe to unclip and swap this round, no risk of electrocution at all.
Richy999 There's something wrong with the battery. You're going to need to contact support, preferably via phone.
Edit - also if its only 3 months since install then the installer should be your first contact.

1 Although recalibrated did have a short power cut during process so it could have not worked possibly.
2 Being a bit naive but could the heated towel rail and flooring flatten it within two hours? They don’t take much and are thermostatically controlled but maybe they are the problem.

Good luck. If there was a power break during the recalibration this may be a cause of the problem if the battery has got the wrong idea about what full looks like.
If you can share the load and battery graphs that would help.
Think we need to work through the different things to try to eliminate the actual issue.
Have spoken with technical support who tell me that one battery cell is possibly defective. Possibly that could cause the battery to discharge very quickly, but I now have to wait for an engineer to come out and that’s a different dept so they don’t know when that will be. Very annoying as currently the battery is only supplying about 3 hours per day, and having to import from the grid for the rest of the time. Fortunately solar is good most of the daytime,
It looks like it is charging super quickly as well so I would assume your capacity is reduced somewhat.
If you look at your energy graph it should tell you how much juice it has taken to go from 10-100%, I suspect it is nowhere near 9.5kWh
