Hi, I have a 3 phase stackable battery system and the Energy Graph has not worked since it was installed. This is until today ! James loaded a Beta version of the Energy graph tile for me and it’s all working now. Very happy. If you have the 3 phase system get onto James via messenger and hopefully he can load the beta version for you. 
Great news, these things should have been working right from day 1 though, you’d have thought ….
But the figures in the top display don’t match the bottom, 39kW battery to home, that’s a lot of battery capacity and discharge to the home, whereas the bottom graph shows 33kW of export and only 1.4kW solar to home
Mmm now you have pointed that out I don’t think I understand what “battery to home” means. We are basically not using much power as it’s a new build not yet occupied. The majority of generation is getting exported and only a small amount used by trades etc. so the “battery to hime” must include export??
RichardStables the buttons along the top give different views of the data. You have the home view selected so it's showing how the home was powered, from solar, grid or battery.
If you scroll across there are views of where the solar went (home battery or export), what was imported and where it went (home or battery), and export where it came from (battery or solar).
Something with this is not right. Either someone is using loads of your power or the givenergy data is screwed up. Probably the latter
James from giv looked into this and it appears there is a bug in the beta version and a tivjethas been raised to resolve it.
