There appears to be no data today on the energy graph via the app? Presume this is a GE server problem. Looks like the data is available on the portal. Does anyone else have this problem?
No Data Energy Graph

Yes, I too have no data from GV. I like to do my excel charts in the mornings but cant this morning. Hoping it corrects itself.
Me too. Stopped reporting at about 10am yesterday. Restarted my system this morning, but no change
All working now.
Maybe something to do with Microsoft global outage.
There are outages all over the place at the moment thanks to the croudstrike/azure problem. So likely the same issue (or one of the knock on effects).
Check the BBC for the article; whole airports and hospitals are offline at the moment.
I thought GE used Amazon (AWS), although maybe crowdstrike is used on AWS?
TX200 crowd strike is used all over the place in large corporations. But also the clouds rely on each other for routing etc so it’s never clean cut (source: I’m a Microsoft Azure Certified nerd person).
Givenergy hasn't indicated or informed us users of any service issues. This would have been useful as I had problems with the wifi dongle flashing blue with no connection to internet. I put this down as the reason that there were massive gaps in the data via the android and PC Givenergy apps so I spent a lot of time and worry trying to get the dongle to switch to its steady blue light. I rebooted the inverter - didn't work. Reset the dongle and checked it was properly set up in the router. That seemed to work (?coincidentally) 8am to 11.30 but then there was a gap with no data until 18.30 when the system must have come back in function, but only for 1 hour.
I repeated re-setting the flashing dongle but it remained flashing despite the restart/reboot. Very frustrating.
It apparently came back online at 00.30 this morning.
It would be very useful if Givenergy could issue an emergency bulletin to advise us "Not to adjust your set" even if they do not know what the issue is. They will certainly know when there are general system issues as apposed to a local issue just affecting a few users.
Even now the following shows on the "Known Issues" tab
"There aren't any active issues. We're trying hard to keep it that way!" This was the message yesterday, too, That is why I believed the lack of data was my local issue. But I was a bit suspicious that this is/was not the case, considering the news about the Crowdstrike issue crippling many systems
