My system has been working perfectly for months. All of a sudden on Thursday night the battery voltage dropped from 52v to basically 0v and has stayed there since. I've booted the inverter and the battery but still the same.

Should I do an inverter upgrade?

It’s interesting that you are still seeing a battery temperature, indicates that the inverter is still talking to the battery which rules out the data connection cable coming loose.

What lights to do you have on the battery? Are there any notification alerts in the portal?

I’d not upgrade it, looks like a battery hardware failure to me, and phone givenergy support

Your battery MCB has probably tripped if it's showing 0V but still showing data. (i.e the Battery is still on and talking but the actual link to the inverter to shunt power back and forth is severed)

Worth looking at the DC trip (battery mcb) as Hoggy suggests, and if not that, call GE support.

geoffreycoan I have two batteries. One has a green status light on and the other doesn't.

Have had Battery Voltage Low notifications around the time the issue started.

Have you tried turning on the battery with no status lights by pressing and holding the on/off button on the side of the battery until it beeps?

ParkerMK17 It has battery level lights (which don't mean much), but no status light.

I've booted both batteries twice now...
