Hi All,

Hope you can help i have just updated my firmware and now its not detecting a load, so the battery is not taking the load of the usage. I have tried restarting the inverter on the web app but that has not made any difference. I am sure with all the knowledge around it shouldn't take long to sort out, I have searched the discussions but cannot find anything.
Thanks
Chris

chris2023 first thing to check is that the eco mode is enabled. Maybe explicitly turn that off then on again to ensure portal and inverter are in sync.

Hi, DD I have tried that but it’s still not working the dashboard is not really showing the data as well
Showing no load at the minute but my smart meter is saying 532w, normally it would be 0w and coming from the battery.

chris2023 that looks like a problem with the CT clamp not reading correctly..? But wouldn't have thought a firmware update would affect that?

No nothing has changed only doing the firmware update. I have tried restarting again this morning and it’s still showing the same. There must be a simple fix for the issue.

I had a similar problem and a phone call to support sorted it out. The support engineer said that some values had been changed and that he had corrected them remotely.

Suggest that you call technical on 01377 252 874.

chris2023 have you been doing software resets, or powering it down (disconnecting from grid, solar and battery)?
If it is a CT thing, perhaps turning off at the mini CU I assume you have for solar - the meter that measures the CT input probably lives in there, so perhaps power-cycling that will help.
