Battery charging limits

To be kinder to the li-ion battery, I was wondering if people reduce the charging limit?

This is mine:

Yes I reduce my overnight charge from grid rate so that if it is empty it will take just a bit less than 3 hours to fill it. My solar rate is still at the maximum.

Midlands_Solar Yes, I do too - a script calculates the rate that would be required to reach the target within the time available. (That said, these days I usually discharge down to the same point each evening, so it doesn't actually change much day to day.)

I similarly reduce the discharge rate when exporting to grid, though I think discharging is less stressful on the battery than charging ..?
