AIO and Gateway offline

Hi Guys,

My AIO and gateway keep going offline. This seems to have happened since the app update. If I re-boot the system it does come back online for awhile then drops out again.

Since it started I've managed to update the AIO to BMS10 which it did successfully but I'm still getting offline issues.

Any ideas? Currently the gateway is online again but the AIO has no connection.

Glynn on my hybrid, the wifi interface is running its own firmware, and that's what maintains the connection to the rest of the world. Perhaps you can restart that without having to restart the whole inverter? Try an http connection to port 80 on AIO or gateway, and if you get prompted for account details, try admin/admin. Once there, there's possibly an option to restart the interface. (For me, it's in 'device management'.)

Mine has always phased in and out of going online and offline its just not long enough to be a problem and seems not to impact usage

Seems to be a WiFi problem I think. Mine is cables and I’ve never had this problem (that I know of).
