There seems to be no activity on my battery since 21.7.24. That evening we had a power cut so maybe that’s caused the problem but I don’t know how to fix it (and I’ve been up into the loft - on my own, very tentatively- but have no idea what to look for/do)
JCT actually it looks like last generation to battery was on 26.6.24 and there’s been no/0 battery to home or batttery to grid action since 30.6.24. What a waste of summer sun!!

JCT one possibility is that the eco flag has been turned off - that would prevent both the battery charging from solar (except when solar exceeds the AC generation capacity of your inverter - 3.6kW) and discharging to cover home demand. But there are other possibile explanations.
JCT if you're not very confident with fiddling with the settings, might be simplest/quickest to give GE support a call. They can inspect your settings remotely and make any tweaks required. Or probably tell if it's something more serious.
Or perhaps your original installer, if it was a recent install.
