Connecting dongle to new internet provider

I’m struggling to get connect dongle on battery to new internet provider I’m using the guidelines but the dongle number doesn’t show on the app to proceed with connection?

Peterjjames can you use a WiFi scanner app to confirm that the dongle is advertising and access point?
