Since changing broadband supplier, I can no longer get the HOME connection, just the AWAY.

Anyone give me any instructions please?

After trying various things overnight, it’s now showing the inverter as completely offline.

How do I get it back online again?

It was probably already offline: the inverter relies on its connection through your wifi to get to the portal. The change of router means it no longer has access to broadband via wifi.

The usual advice is, if you can, set the new router to use the same access point name and password as the old one - saves having to reconfigure all your wifi devices.

Another option, if you still have it, is to power up your old router. No need to plug it into broadband, just as long as it brings up its wifi access point. Then you can connect to your inverter through that, and reconfigure it to use the new wifi. (By connecting to its built-in http server on port 80, and logging in as admin/admin)
