How to stop charging from the grid.

Hello, I'm on Octopus Agile, all my settings are on 00.00 and not enabled but at different times of the day my battery will get charged from the grid. How can I stop this from happening please.

David Drage do you have any external agents configured? Eg I think that somewhere on the portal you can tell it you are on agile, and it will do "helpful" things for you. But if you have timed-charge disabled, it shouldn't charge from grid.
Except, perhaps, if you run the battery down to the cut-off point - it might do an emergency charge as a protection mechanism?
