Hi,
I was on agile and needed to be on an export tariff first before I can get to IOF.
Now that I am on IOF I can't be sure as the GE app indicates that my tariff is Flux-Import-bb and Flux-Export-bb.
And the import and export "numbers" don't always tally with the Octopus app live & day kWh or £s !
So just wondered what others on IOF have shown as their tariff in the GE app "Smart Tariff"
Newbie PV exporter since 29 June 2024
(PS my exports from 'commissioning on 19th June to 28th were freebie export to the cloud 😊☁️☁️)

The GE app wouldn’t know what tariff you are on with your electricity supplier, you can manually set this in the GivEnergy portal. Sounds like you have this still manually set to the standard Flux settings, not Intelligent Flux.
You should see in the Octopus app what tariff you are on and you’ll see in the givenergy portal when it controls your battery, typically a discharge in peak period and Eco mode turned off so everything you consume comes from the grid and everything you export goes to the grid and not the battery.
As you come out of summer you might want to review whether IOF is the best option, Flux might be better as you won’t be generating as much.

It does seem to know my rates, yet I'm pretty sure I've never told it my tariff - I certainly didn't update it when the prices dropped slightly at the start of July. However, it doesn't seem to know the name of the tariff (I'm on IOG, but it calls it 'intelli-var'. But it does know the current prices.
